Aries Jewels (ariesjewels.com) sells gold and diamond jewellery. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it.
When you order, make a custom enquiry, track an order or contact us, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and the details of what you ordered. In our shops we also keep your name, mobile number, date of birth and wedding anniversary if you choose to give them, and your purchase and payment history.
We use it to process and deliver your order, issue invoices, take payments, answer your questions, and provide after-sales service. With your consent we also send you messages about your bill, balance payments, savings plan instalments, order updates, and birthday and anniversary wishes.
We may contact you on WhatsApp using the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. Your mobile number and the text of the message are shared with WhatsApp (Meta) only to deliver the message. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP, and start them again by replying START.
Online payments are handled by our payment partner. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services needed to run the business, such as payment, delivery, messaging and email providers, and where the law requires it.
Your information is stored on secured systems with restricted access. We keep it for as long as needed for your orders, warranty, accounts and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent to messages, at any time by writing to us at the email address in the footer of this site.
If you sign in on our website, we ask for your WhatsApp number and your name, and we send a 6-digit code on WhatsApp to confirm that it is you. If you choose, we also keep your email address, birthday, wedding anniversary, saved delivery addresses and wishlist, so that we can fill in your details at checkout and show your past orders. This is kept on our own secure server. It is not sold, and it is shared only with our delivery partners and payment provider to complete your order. You can see and change it under My details, and you can delete your account there at any time. We keep your past orders and invoices, because the law requires us to.
